Qwen Image Edit with some LoRAs has served me well, sometimes it changes body proportions too much but just beat it into submission until it does things right. Inpainting with other models is always an option, but QIE is pretty straightforward by telling it "Remove the shirt from the girl" and it just works... most of the time
